Softability Group Oy has achieved Great Place to Work® certificate. It is a proof that Softability is a great company for its employees. A company can achieve a Great Place to Work certification, if it’s Trust Index* is at least 70 percent. Trust Index Survey measures employees’ perceptions of the workplace. Softability’s Trust Index was no less than 90% so it clearly exceeded the limit. The certification is valid for 12 months i.e. untill November 2018. “We will continue to aim high. We want to be the best possible workplace for our employees”, says Janne Repo, CEO of Softability Group Oy.

The Great Place to Work survey provided Softability with valuable information on employee views and development targets. The certificate is a great indication that we are doing right things at Softability. “Although I claim to have a pretty good idea on how things are going, there’s of course always great anticipation and a bit of anxiety in receiving the results. It is therefore relieving to find out that the gut-feeling was about correct. We know we’re on the right track when 95 percent of the employees say that overall, Softability is a great place to work and they look forward to coming to work and want to work here for a long time. Reading through the open answers makes me feel grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing group of people.” says Repo.
