We value this recognition, and it confirms that Softability is on the right path and operates the right way also from the viewpoint of our employees. Developing the employee experience is an ongoing process, and ensuring genuine satisfaction requires an open relationship between the employer and employees. The last couple of years have been particularly challenging with regard to developing the employee experience due to the decentralisation of work and lower frequency of face-to-face interaction.

The Great Place to Work certification is a globally distinguished recognition of excellent employee experience, trust-based business culture and commitment to building a good workplace. The certification is a recognition awarded by a third party, Great Place to Work®. The employee experience is examined through the Trust Index personnel survey which ensures that the certification is based on genuine employee experiences.

As Softability is the sum of its employees, it is crucial that everyone feels valued and has the opportunity to develop themselves and their professional expertise. “According to the personnel survey, 98% of our employees consider the company management easily approachable. Nevertheless, our goal will always be 100%. If an employee has something on their mind, the threshold to bring it up must be low, and we must find time to address the issue. As we are leading a trend of robust growth, we must pay particular attention to maintaining this threshold as low as possible to enable everyone to be heard and helped,” Repo says.
