Nora Nirhamo | 2021/01/14

Once again this year, we can proudly say that Softability is one of the best workplaces in Finland. For the fourth year in a row, we achieved the Great Place to Work® certification. Thanks for this achievement belongs to our wonderful employees!

Once again this year, we can proudly say that Softability is one of the best workplaces in Finland. For the fourth year in a row, we achieved the Great Place to Work® certification. A company can receive the Great Place to Work® certification if its Trust Index is at least 70 percent. Softability’s Trust Index was 85 % and 90% consider Softability a great place to work! The certification is valid for 12 months after the completion of the employee survey, i.e. until November 2021.

In Softability people care and trust each other

What is special about Softability is the atmosphere of caring and community. The employee survey also confirms that new employees feel welcome in our company. “For us, the premise is always that we take good care of our employees and treat every single one as an individual. When there is a genuine interest towards employees and the aim is to create conditions that support work, this atmosphere of caring is also transferred to the result of the work. This then shows to our customers every day.”, says Softability´s CEO Janne Repo.

Genuine trust between employees and the employer is also very important in Softability. “We do not have to think about whether a task will be done if it is agreed. Trust that goes both ways and respect are the foundation of all activity. Employees can be confident that management will live up to their word and management, in turn, can be at ease with regard to matters agreed with employees. When everyone is doing their part in an exemplary manner, great things will happen.”, says Repo. According to the employee survey, 94% of employees agree with this.

“Thanks to our wonderful employees. Together we have created a great place to work and together we will continue to develop it!”

Here are a few open comments from our employees:

  • People are friendly, respect each other and ready to make an effort in their work. All in all, they care about each other and their work.
  • We have smart and skillful management with a big heart. This positive energy radiates throughout the organization and also affects who we hire for the company.
  • I feel valued, it is nice to come to work, the management is easy to approach and understanding, there is no unnecessary bureaucracy, employees are trusted.
