Softability Group Oy is proven to be a Great Place to Work! Softability has achieved Great Place to Work® certificate with excellent result. Thanks to all our employees, we have done great job and we will continue to develop and cherish the work together.

Softability Group Oy has achieved Great Place to Work® certificate. It is a proof that Softability is a great company for its employees. A company can achieve a Great Place to Work certification, if it’s Trust Index* is at least 70 percent. Trust Index Survey measures employees’ perceptions of the workplace. Softability’s Trust Index was no less than 90% so it clearly exceeded the limit.  The certification is valid for 12 months i.e. untill November 2018. “We will continue to aim high. We want to be the best possible workplace for our employees”, says Janne Repo, CEO of Softability Group Oy.

What makes Softability a special place to work?

“Our mission and core values are at the center of everything we do at Softability,” says Repo and continues: “We want to be the most warm-hearted and wanted work-community for the development of meaningful software with cutting-edge technologies. Our team is very committed and we have the organizational culture built-in. We’ve set our core values and are living up to them throughout the organization, and that makes Softability a very special place.”

Great results are made by happy employees

“Our amazing people and our own culture are critical to our success,” says Repo. “I just love the friendly atmosphere here at Softability! Everyone is so willing to work together as a team and bringing in their best effort in every day work. I know that we’re passing our good feeling to the customer-work done by our people. Having a smile on the face when going to work in the morning is simply creating wonderful results that are benefiting our customers.”

Respect and caring create a positive twist

When people trust each other and treat each other in a respectful way it is just bound to create good things. According to Janne Repo respect is a key success factor behind becoming a great workplace. “We’re treating everyone as an individual and striving to put our people in the position to succeed. Respect goes both ways and the love we’re showing towards our people ends up in the amazing effort we’re getting back from them – it’s just a positive twist that we’ve been creating here.”

A great workplace is made together

The Great Place to Work survey provided Softability with valuable information on employee views and development targets. The certificate is a great indication that we are doing right things at Softability. “Although I claim to have a pretty good idea on how things are going, there’s of course always great anticipation and a bit of anxiety in receiving the results. It is therefore relieving to find out that the gut-feeling was about correct. We know we’re on the right track when 95 percent of the employees say that overall, Softability is a great place to work and they look forward to coming to work and want to work here for a long time. Reading through the open answers makes me feel grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing group of people.” says Repo.
