Softability is one of the Finland’s greatest workplaces in 2019. Based on the Great Place to Work® survey our company was ranked to 26th place in middle-sized´s companies league. We are honoured to receive this kind of credit, but the real reward is found from our work community. “Warm thank you for beloved people of Softability – it is wonderful to work with you!”

Based on the Great Place to Work® survey, Softability is one of the Finland’s greatest workplaces in 2019 and was ranked to 26th place in middle-sized´s companies league. Great Place to Work® awarded 50 of Finland’s best workplaces in the GPTW Gala at Konepajan Bruno on 7.2.2019. We are honoured to receive this kind of credit, but the real reward is found from our work community. “Warm thank you for beloved people of Softability – it is wonderful to work with you!”

92% of Softability´s employees think that Softability is a great place to work. Softability’s Trust Index was 84 %, meaning that we have committed employees. “Employee is always number one in our company. Empathy, one of our company values, means that every solution made is also considered from the employee’s point of view. I hope that every Softability´s employee feels they are treated as an individual, not just as an employee”, says Softability´s CEO Janne Repo.

At Softability employees are trusted and they enjoy a lot of freedom. Along with freedom comes also responsibilities, and it is great to notice how well this kind of trust works between employees and employer. “It is crucially important that promises are kept and agreed upon matters hold. Trust is easy to lose but extremely hard to rebuild”, says Repo.

Finland’s Best Workplaces 2019 have been announced (News is in Finnish)

Great Place to Work® has announced Finland’s best workplaces for the 17th time. 150 organizations participated in the survey, which employ about 45 000 employees. The Trust Index of the best ranked workplaces remained at an excellent 86 % level. Based on the Great Place to Work® survey, strong trust culture is possible regardless industry, as the list contains organisations from cleaning to amusement park. As a whole, Finnish workplaces receive a Trust Index value of 56%.
