Softability was selected as one of Finland’s best workplaces in 2018. Our company took the 21st place among medium-sized businesses in the ranking made by the Great Place to Work Institute Finland. Great Place to Work awarded 50 of Finland’s best workplaces in the GPTW Gala at Merikaapelihalli Helsinki on 15.2.2018. Softability accepted the award with joy and gratitude: “Thanks to all our employees – Together we have achieved this!”

Softability’s CEO Janne Repo is very delighted that the work that has been done for the well-being of the employees has paid off. According to the Great Place to Work survey 95 percent of the employees say that overall, Softability is a great place to work and they look forward to coming to work and want to work here for a long time. Softability’s Trust Index was 90 %, meaning that it is at an excellent level. These figures also speak for themselves in recruiting and they are a great merit for a 50+ employees’ company aiming for growth. “We will continue to aim high. We want to be the best possible workplace for our employees”, says Repo.

“Our mission and core values are at the center of everything we do at Softability,” says Repo and continues: “We want to be the most warm-hearted and wanted work-community for the development of meaningful software with cutting-edge technologies. Our team is very committed and we have the organizational culture built-in. We’ve set our core values and are living up to them throughout the organization, and that makes Softability a very special place.”

Additional information about the Finland’s best workplaces survey:

Great Place to Work® Finland has announced Finland’s best workplaces for the 16th time. 156 organizations participated in the survey of Finland’s best workplace 2018, and about 50 000 employees were surveyed. Listed workplaces are selected and ranked by Great Place to Work primarily on the basis of the confidential input from the employees of that organisation. Two-thirds of every workplace’s score comes from the results of the Trust Index Employee Survey, with up to one third of the remaining marks based on a thorough assessment by Great Place to Work of a company-wide Culture Audit. The Trust Index of the best ranked workplaces remained at an excellent 87 % level, which means that nearly 9/10 of the employees consider their workplace as a great place to work. As a whole, Finnish workplaces receive a Trust Index value of 56%.
