XReach is a customizable remote support solution designed for, among other things, industrial use. XReach can be integrated into a wide variety of customers ’existing business systems and platforms. Integrating XReach into existing systems enables, for example, simpler and faster data flow and data storage in one place. These actions save time and costs and improve productivity. Customized integrations and consulting are part of our core business.

XReach has a wide range of built-in features that can be customized and added according to customer needs. Tailored features support the right needs of the customer and the solution fits better into the business processes. XReach’s latest, highly coveted features include Ad Hoc and Teleconference.

Ad Hoc

The Ad Hoc feature allows easy access to XReach for third parties. An expert can provide temporary access to XReach to a remote user by sending a link via email. The feature is used and licensed for external use by the customer company only. This means support for easy third-party deployment of XReach with unique ID delivery.

Benefits:

  • Easy access to XReach to a third party (e.g. end customer, reseller)
  • The expert will email the access link to the person in need
  • No need to download a separate application to your smartphone, but works directly on your smartphone or PC in a browser
  • A cheaper option for temporary users than buying a monthly license

Watch the video below on how Ad Hoc works:

Teleconference

Teleconference allows the same experience to be shared with multiple users simultaneously. Multiple experts can be in the same video call with one or more technicians and solve problems faster.

Benefits:

  • Multiple experts / persons can be added to a video call
  • Getting help is more efficient and faster when the right people are brought together
  • Reduces settlement time
  • A more satisfied customer / helped person
  • Savings in time and money

Watch the video below on how to share your experience with Teleconference:
