How we hire
1st phase – Introductions 👋
You’ll have a casual introductory chat with our recruiter. The purpose of the first meeting is to get to know one another and learn about your motivations and aspirations. Asking questions both ways is the deal hear. So, come as you are!
2nd phase – Dev to dev chat 💻
You’ll meet our CEO. Janne has a long history in software development, and due to his developer background, you can talk to him as a developer to developer. This chat is not a tech grill but rather a technically focused conversation. Again, quite casual.
3rd phase – Client interview 🏢
If all parties still agree on the bright career future together after the second chat, our sales team comes to play. They will do their best to find you a suitable project. When they do, you’ll meet the potential client. The client interview is usually the most technical part of the process. We will prep you for the interview beforehand and provide you with all the support you might need.
Contract & welcome 🤝
After the client interview, all that is left is to revise and agree on the contract details. Then, you’re a new Softabilitian. Welcome! We’re excited to start the journey with you.
